Customer Service is seriously lacking. I was actually sighed at when I said I was there to pick up a parcel. Not a nice experience. This was my first time using parcel collect service and it will be my last at this outlet.

There is never anyone on the tills and the staff are useless you always have to search for a staff member this has happened in my last 4 visits so Tesco Seaham will not see me again I have given them too many chances

I witnessed a staff member follow a disabled lady in a wheelchair around the shop, She was gesturing to other members of staff while laughing and pointing to this lady behind her back. Me and my partner were shocked at what we witnessed. when the lady left the shop the staff were openly and rather loudly talking about her. I often see this lady in her wheelchair or with her walking sticks and she always seems in good spirits. but on my way home I saw her crying, I cant be certain but I think she may have heard what they were saying about her. It's absolutely disgusting they can get away with this sort of thing, I feel truly sorry for this lady.

This is one of my local corner shop in Seaham, sometimes the shop is decent for vegetables and milk, but on my visit this evening I purchased a Hovis loaf of bread. The date on this bread was the 1/08/17, which is today's date, this bread was not reduced and was just laying on the normal shelf. I think with a store so targeted towards customer service, this would be one of their main priorities while selling groceries and products to service users.
