Great parkup, golden beach with rock pools etc, then dolphins appeared followed by a lovely sunset and a quiet night.

Car park has no phone reception so tricky to pay by Google pay. Some parking over the road. Clean beach, sandy, stony and seaweedy. Plenty of space.

Beautiful sandy beach. While we were there the weather changed from bright sunshine to full sideways rain storm in a blink of an eye, but that's Scotland and how it is. Just lovely

Beach was superb - my Mrs had a quick dip - don't forget your web shoes as its part sand/shingle. There was nobody else on the beach when we were there, however there are no facilities which is understandable. There is a paid for car park not eh other side of the road which is safer traffic wise. Watch out for horse flies - I got done a couple of times! There are a couple of other beaches that looked stunning through the long telephoto lens taken from Grunard beach viewpoint - well worth investigating!

Reasonable car park pay at the metre (not expensive, takes cash or card).Nice sand and rock beach which is shallow for a long way out.You can walk up the valley from the car park up to two waterfalls, the Path is rocky and rough in places.
