Would like to thank Amy who I believe is a team leader, she was amazing and looked after our group today, my mum was ill as we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for her, she also helped most of us carry our foods back due to some ladies being elderly or disabled, the service by all staff was extremely good, the food was beautiful and all the group enjoyed it so Thankyou from all of us

Arrived a little bit early on a very busy Saturday night. Our table wasn't ready as some things had to be juggled around which is understandable.Only one server at the bar caused a considerable wait as both drinks and food orders had to be taken by the one server which is my only complaint.Food was fantastic and we had a lovely night

We ordered everything using the app and was pleasantly surprised at how quick we received our drinks and carvery tickets. The queue for the carvery was quite long but we expected this on a Sunday afternoon, and only ended up waiting about 10 mins. The food was lovely, fresh and hot (only downside was no mint sauce!). Due to a mix up with the table seating we offered to move table, which we didn't mind as we had finished our main meal. Claire was great and offered us all a free drink for our troubles. We all had a lovely time and will be back soon.

I brought my grandkids for breakfast with Santa I have to say the food was lovely and the whole experience was great the kids loved it there was lots of activities for the kids to do and Santa was really good our server Claire was really helpful and so friendly would recommend to all friends and family and hope to come back next year

The food has gone down hill massively. The carvery is bland, the meat is as thick as leather. The only taste you seem to get from it is the salt you put on yourself. The desserts are foul now too, a kids chocolate brownie being absolutely rock solid for a 2 year old when his parents can’t even cut it it’s that hard. Not to mention the cheesecake which was off, with sour cream and sour filling, or the chocolate fudge cake with ‘cream’ - more like watered down milk. I do not recommend this place anymore and it’s a shame as the staff are actually really nice. The chef on the other hand could do with learning some customer service skills.

Went for my partner's birthday. I asked if they could supply a candle to put on his cake but the lady said unfortunately they did not have any, which was not a problem...but what I thought was a very nice gesture was as in a way of apology she had put a very large slice of cake in a takeaway box for him to take home for later...first class service from a very friendly lady but sadly I did not get her name to be able to praise her but she does deserve to be recognised and thanked.

Second time I have been here. We ordered from carvery and main menu and both were delicious. This is the best carvery for miles. Tender beef and fresh vegetables. (Not slop like that from the little jug man).Staff were friendly and pleasant.We will be back.

Visited today and was told before we were seated that there were no carveries, which is what we were hoping for. Instead we picked a pie and mixed grill, only to be advised these weren't available either. We settled for a steak, which were nicely cooked. However I was served a conjealed pile of onion rings which still had raw batter. I would have complained, but no one came over to check on us during the rest of our stay. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Our waitress was Rachel she was very helpful and attentive, she made our time there so much easier and pleasant. We had a great meal with great service. My partner got a bad cut of meat near the end and when she asked us if everything was ok she went and got a better cut of meat for us which made a real difference.
