Loved my experience here!! They’re very good with Covid measures in regards to not having a waiting room, calling us in one by one. Receptionist was so friendly and a great member of staff to have greeting us. Kathy was exceptional during my scan, explained everything in detail and got some stunning pictures. Best scanner I’ve had in any of my pregnancies. A million times better than anywhere else I’ve been, I’ll definitely be returning!

I was in other clinics, they told me everything in detail slowly, here doctor was in a Very hurried!!! I was hoping to get photos and online Which were done during the scan, because everyone sent me where I was, and nothing here. Definitely not recommend it to anyone. And It cost me £ 80....

My wife attended Leeds This is my clinic for a NIPT test and the level of care was atrocious.The level of care, compassion and ability to answer questions was terrible, we expected a completely different experience for an anxious second time Mum who has already gone through IVF to achieve pregnancy. No chance was given by the sonographer to ask questions.The blood test left my wife traumatised. She entered the room where she was told to go and sit on an unstable chair after which she had iterated he phobia of needles. This was dismissed and remained in a chair next to the bed. The nurse inserted the needle in to my wife's arm, but again this was not done correctly and my wife had blood dripping down her arm and on to her leg. My wife started to feel faint and again this was dismissed by the nurse. The nurse then removed the needle and asked if she wanted a glass of water of which my wife responded with yes please" and that is where the care ended. The nurse left the room and was nowhere to be found

‘This is my’ turned around my pregnancy experience. Having a couple of scans at LGI, where I had felt very anxious and unheard, I decided to go to this is my. The experience was polar opposite. I was given time to ask questions and reassured all through the scan at what they were seeing. Highly recommend.

We have had great experiences with This Is My in Leeds and have always found the staff to be welcoming, professional and very competent. The scans here are much superior to the ones in the NHS and the genetic screening services are great too.
