Cannock Road Dental Practice

I have been attending Cannock Road for a number of appointments and am very pleased with my dentist Dr Leah Kanda she is very attentive considering I am an anxious patient and always a good service here. Thank you Amy for the reassurance through treatment as well.

Absolutely disgusting service. My wife went there to have dentures made. The dentist removed 5 saveable lower teeth and done the moulds for the upper and lower dentures, and when the dentures arrived they would not fit. The dentist forced the bottom set in and told her to keep them in for 24 hours. My wife was in agony with them and after the 24 hours tried to remove them and could not. She went back to the dentist and it took them 35 minutes to prise them out, leaving her in agony and with bleeding inflamed gums. He told her to come back a few days later, which she did and he tried to force them back in. He then proceeded to attack them with a file and also alter the top set that did not fit either. Every time she went there it was the same story and leaving her in agony and no teeth. This has gone on for over three months, and now they have said that there is nothing else they can do and refused to give her any more treatment. They told her she could have a full refund and go else ware. The dental costs were £1125 and all they would refund was £770 saying that the original dentist had left so they could not refund what he had charged for the initial butchery.My wife is now so hurt and upset that she has no teeth at all now and works in a public facing job.The practice principal is an absolute horrible uncaring piece of work, and his answer was to send a complaint via email which he deals with. Yea great!!Take my advise and avoid this place like the plague.

This has been my dentist for years, always a good service. Today I had a tooth extracted, it was fast and painless, couldn't have been done better. Big thanks to Leah and Amy, they are a great team and nice people.

Dr Rana and his assistant were incredible in keeping me calm for a tooth extraction. It was done in 10 minutes and I’ve never felt better after visiting the dentist, as I have severe anxiety regarding the dentist/needles! They were very informative, efficient and easygoing! 10/10

I saw a young male dentist downstairs yesterday. The only dentist i have felt comfortable with and has fully numbed me for a tooth removal no pain whatsoever. Very informative, understood my anxiety and allowed me breaks and time to process what was happening. His assistant was fantastic, reassured me throughout kept me informed of what was happening. Honestly couldn't be happier, gums a little tender as expected but no other pains. Very happy. Also he asked me if my 7 year old son was able to sit in reception while my tooth was removed as he didn't want any trauma or fear of the dentist. Very thankful for this!

My 9 year old daughter saw Dr Leah today and she did a full check up and explained everything. Leah and Amy were amazing with my daughter. Would highly recommend Leah and Amy to all families. Amazing dentist surgery and 5*s. Thank you Leah and Amy

For myself attending the dentist has often heightened my anxiety but I can honestly say my experience at this Dentist has been the complete opposite - I would highly recommend and like to thank Dr. Leah for being very informative and thorough throughout and ensuring I had a full understanding of the treatment that she was carrying out. I also would like to thank Amy who works alongside Leah for her kindness and reassurance during my treatment. They are a great team and it’s lovely to see how well they work together. Thank you ladies!

I attended the dentist his morning I didn't have wait I was called straight in. The dentist and technician was very professional made me feel comfortable I had x-rays given plenty advise about my teeth. Thank you Leah and Amy for making me feel so comfortable and all the advise. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I've been a patient at Cannock Road Dental Practice for years and they have always been helpful, reliable and provided excellent dental services.I've just finished my course of invisalign and I'm really impressed on how knowledgeable, professional and friendly the staff were and have been extremely helpful the entire journey. I'm really happy with how straight my teeth are and I'm glad I've got to share the journey with the team at Cannock Road Dental Practice. I'm excited to start my whitening process with them in a couple of weeks when my retainers arrive!

Brilliant dentist. Got me in sooner than booked. I suffer with severe anxiety and each and every staff member made me feel at ease. Had 2 teeth removed and although I was very anxious they helped me get thru it without any problems. Amazing service.
