Mark was recommended to us by close friends who were first time buyers last year. As first time buyers ourselves, we really had little to no idea of where to begin with the whole process.After filling out the online enquiry on Mark’s website he contacted us the following day. From there we set up an initial phone call to determine what we were looking for and he went away to see what our options were.He secured us a mortgage offer within around a week which enabled us to start viewing. I found Mark's details searching online and saw that his feedback was extremely good. I was looking for a re-mortgage deal almost 6-months ahead of my existing fixed-rate mortgage finishing. Mark indicated to us that he could find a highly competitive deal, over the fixed-term duration I needed. He found the best option very quickly and he had all of the process ready to go after we gave all of our details. The deal Mark got us in fact has saved us hundreds of pounds per month, as once we had the deal locked-in, it was then fixed until our existing mortgage transferred. What we hadn't been prepared for was the inflation meltdown, which happened just before our existiing fixed rate was about to end. It was lucky therefore that we approached Mark when we did, but he was fantastic in getting everything ready and helping us throughout the whole process. I would therefore highly recommend Mark to anyone wishing to re-mortgage.
