I am really impressed with the service received from The Tech Shack. Ashley assisted me in choosing a laptop well within my budget. He also set it up for me FREE of charge, which usually I had to pay extra for . I am looking forward to purchasing a gaming laptop for my son. I usually buy my electricals from John lewis . This business goes above and beyond. Working in customer services myself I am really fussy. Thankyou for your help. 10/10

The Tech Shack have been fantastic again my son has just had his second pc from them which I have to say was sorted within 2 day’s thanks to Ash who ran around in his own time to get this for us as quickly as possible then set everything up in home cannot recommend the Tech shack enough.

Very efficient, professional and friendly service. My C Drive was inexplicably full so it was replaced with a faster larger alternative, and extra RAM added. The laptop is now super fast. They even collected the device whilst I was away. Thanks Tech Shack!
