The best shop in Thatcham. They make you feel so welcome it feels like home. The owners are amazing and the staff are very friendly and would go out of there way to help you. The shop is a general store that sell’s a wide selection of wines, beers, sprit’s, groceries, confectionery at very reasonable prices, It is also a newsagent that delivers newspapers to your door, it does the lottery, gas, electric and mobile top up’s. They do a parcel collection and drop off service which is amazing and a life saver for me not having to not go all the way in to Newbury. Wow and the variety off vapes they sell pink lemonade, sour blue raspberry, peach ice, cherry raspberry grape and lots more flavours at such a good price. This shop is simply the best and you can never stop talking about it.Thank you to all at Henwick news for all the years of the wonderful service you have been giving us, stay blessed forever xxx

Henwick News has just been fantastic at getting a newspaper delivered to my mum. Sharma has been so helpful and it made such a difference to my mum having a paper. Can’t recommend them enough.

Only a phone call away they have ensured I have NOT run out of essential shopping and even delivered this to my door. They are an asset to the community.

Clean, tidy and all staff and owner helpful and friendly

It's fine, but the ladie owner specifically very un calculated with her customers and chats of walst trying to pay and items are far too expensive the card machine doesent even work properly very poor shop mpo.

I contacted the shop at the beginning of lockdown to ask whether they could deliver a daily newspaper to North Thatcham. I had an immediate and very positive response, and delivery began the next day. They provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.

Henwick News, is a great little shop that has almost everything you could ask or. They provide a friendly and homely atmosphere as soon as you walk in and are always there for a chat. They have provided me with a great experience and I have been working here for 3 years now, and have never had any issues.

The staff are very polite and nice to speak to. Great selection with good prices. Best shop you can get in Thatcham.
