Cowboys,Paid to fix leak on 15th Aug.Overcharged, charged for work not even done and leak on gutter still there.Have had numerous different excuses why work can't be fixed and not even offed any form of time slot for them to repair their poor work.It's now nearly a month gone form when work originally paid for in full and meant to be have been completed.

Came out to fix leaking gutter as I requested to put a connector on it as previous sealant not worked. However, he still only sealed it which is not the job I asked them to do. Paid upfront and gutter is now still leaking. I have contacted Mr McWilliams on numerous occasions asking him to come back out to fix as it is still leaking and I have already paid him but he basically makes excuses as to why he hasn't been able to come back out. This has now been going on for 4 weeks. I have not been offered a refund for the incomplete work and now he has changed his phone number. Comes across as very friendly but in reality, poor workmanship, poor service and charged me for work not done!

Lovely guys, came all the way to St.Helens, great work and reasonable prices. Quoted and work done the same day. Would recommend their service. Planning to ring when ready for next jobs to be done.

Had my roof done today excellent job all round, great service. Would defiantly recommend.

Great gentleman lovely manners made me feel comfortable whilst in my home fixing my roof didn't cost as much as other quotes from local builders. Would highly recommend and I'd have Mr Mac back!

DO NOT TRUST - COWBOYS ! Did a shoddy job and keep fobbing me off everytime i call them. Have the nerve to keep saying we aren't a fly by night operation ! Mac and his colleague have the worst attitude i have ever come across. Reported to Trading Standards
