This is a little known gem of a place. Right in the center of Milton Keynes with a cafe at the entrance. I hired a desk for the day as I needed some quiet place to attend an online training. The booking process was smooth and the staff was fabulous in showing the place around and settling me in. Will definitely be hiring the space again.

Great meeting space in the Centre of Milton Keynes, with parking outside (pay by phone). There is a lovely clean kitchen for making refreshments and taking a break. The facilities and IT are second to none.The in-house staff team are very helpful and friendly.

Great experience regarding a recent booking for a charity event I was running. Sara Smith was incredibly helpful the whole way through the booking process and on the day. The venue is a great location, accessible and the catering was really good. Very good value for money for charity groups as well.

The facility was easy to book, and the room was well received by the participates (spacious, clean etc,). It would have been good to have a heads-up in advance that the equipment required the user to download an App before use (first booking). It would not work, so they had to use a lead in the end.Also, we weren't notified that teas and coffee would not be served in the room, so it would have also been good to know this in advance so that the users could be notified.

We recently hired one of the rooms at Fairspace for our annual team 'get together' and it was BRILLIANT! - the room was light and airy, easy to find in the hustle of MK, the food was great and the staff were super helpful despite being so short-staffed. All in all, a great place to hire (and very reasonable in comparison to the big hotels locally)

The room is fine.I'd like to be able to pay for 3 months' booking at a time.The new system seems only to issue invoices after the event so I have more admin to do.

Great location for a team meeting (transport links and parking are superb) and the facilities available were perfect too. Also appreciative that they provided me with my soya milk needed for the day. Also a really helpful on site team
