Good customer service in store. However, I wasn't made aware the delivery was one man to kerbside until the day before it was due.On fitting the carpet, not enough underlay or grippers had been ordered. Luckily, the fitter had a bit spare on the van to complete the job.Overall, I don't think I'd use this company again

Had a very difficult situation with a carpet that had been ordered and identified by the fitter as the wrong size. Kelly from the Keighley store pulled out all the stops in just a few hours to find a replacement carpet and a fitter to fit on the delivery day. The timeline was very short as I am having fitted wardrobes next week before I move in, and the carpet had to be fitted before then. The whole time Kelly was very professional, efficient and kind knowing I was under pressure and kept we informed what she was doing . She certainly made a very stressful situation much easier Thank you

I visted the store today and was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Kelly, who was very knowledgeable about the products and very pleasant to talk to without being 'pushy'. I would certainly recommend this store and will also return myself in the future.

Came in to sort out some carpet for a few areas of the house. Knew what we wanted but not exactly how much. Kelly talked us through the process, put our order through and arranged for a fitter to come round to finalise the measurements. In and out in 10 minutes, very efficient, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Kelly was honest and really helpful no pressure to buy . I was going to get my kitchen fitter to do my flooring but after waiting over two months for his company to complete my kitchen decided to go with Kelly. I went back to the store but Kelly wasn't there that day so Hasan served me , again like Kelly he was professional and honest. Kelly and Hasan are a credit to the company will definitely go back

I’ve just received the delivery of my laminate flooring in Natural Oak and it looks fabulous!! Looking forward to having it laid. Kelly and Hassan at the Keighley branch have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the outset. After a long while of deciding on what flooring to choose for our house renovation, multiple visits to places.. we came across Flooring Superstore in Keighley where we were left to browse freely until we required assistance.. we were then assisted by Hasan who answered all of our questions, discussed what he recommended to meet our needs! Really couldn’t of asked for a smoother visit to purchase our flooring, he met our delivery requirements and managed to get us an early delivery slot which worked for us. With a second property upcoming, we would definitely be back to purchase our flooring from here. Not forgetting to mention the discount you receive with a trade account!
