I would highly recommend Tristan, he is very experienced and qualified and has a vast amount of knowledge. The treatment he gave me was very effective during the appointment for my lower back and he also gave me daily exercises to do. He explained the way the pain is also psychological and ways to deal with stress and other factors in my lifestyle. He has advised ways I can stay active and rebook as and when necessary. Thank you so much for a great service and client care.

I couldn't reccommend Tristen enough. I have seen him with various injuries over the years and have always come away feeling better. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and is the best specialist I've ever been to. Really lovely guy who I can't speak highly enough of.

Tristan is a very knowledgeable in terms of knowing and solving all my aches and pains, the techniques he use is very effective that my chronic back pain subsided and almost gone in just two sessions. Would highly recommend him being an osteopath than going to just physiotherapist.
