I was looking for a specific tent which has been out of stock online for a while. Alan patiently checked the stocks there, online and called 6 to 7 stores for me. Not only he was really friendly to me but also staffs at other stores on the phone too. After his excellent effort, he successfully reserved the tent from Go Outdoors for me which is part of the same group. Small shop in good location. I have bought cheap walking sticks, only 5 pounds each. The staff was nice, but understood little about walking.
