Amazing venue with wonderful little touches like the cacao, candles, chai tea and live guitar! Felt incredibly zen afterwards and the class is definitely challenging! Highly recommend :)

This is a really welcoming, inclusive and diverse community - lots of different class styles, and a wide range of ages, abilities and body types. Classes emphasise mindful movement, breath, and strength. I always feel welcome and leave class feeling relaxed, stretched and challenged. Love it!

I have just attended a fabulous four day event hosted here by Basia and Tarin! ...The vibe here is loving and inclusive, the support on offer is lightly held yet deeply generous! The commitment to community and diversity is no superficial business statement, it is the genuinely held ethos of the owners. I am delighted to find somewhere like this above a pub in the 21st century!! It is both the way forward AND a return to community values I felt had been lost forever in brick and mortar spaces! I am coming back, and recommend you come tooooo!! xx :)

So happy to have discovered this place!I had only done 1 or 2 yoga classes in my life before joining Yoga In the Stars and had always apprehended yoga studios, fearing I might not be good enough.But what I discovered at Yoga In the Stars is an amazing space, classes that are really inclusive to all and teacher that are eager to share their love of yoga!They have such a great variety of classes which have broaden my horizon and helped me feel better physically and mentally. On top of that they also organise fantastic free events (such as food yoga) which builds a sense of community and wellbeing with its participants.I highly recommend this studio.

Absolute gem of a place, so glad we found it! Warm, welcoming, with a fantastic community spirit. Really lovely teachers, interesting events and workshops really make Yoga in the Stars feel unique, homely and totally non-commercial. My husband loves it too, and we plan to come back for events like the Full Moon Rituals even after we move away from the area. 100% recommended.

Basia and Tarin are brilliant. I think I have attended all of the classes at some point over the last year. Great yoga teachers who make the time to get to know their attendees. Passionate and just very kind, genuine people. Particularly love Basia’s Unity classes. I come away from here feeling refreshed and happy.

To Sonia, Basia and Tarin for their presence, support and love, felt throughout the Holotropic breathing workshop.I couldn't love the set-up more, there's an old and new, mystic and homely feeling to the studio which I really really loved.Sonia, our facilitator, could not be more present every minute of each day of the workshop, I loved your candour, your detailed explanations, your knowledge, your professionalism, your dedication to us, flexibility and willingness to adapt to our needs, and the support offered to each and every single one of us during and post sessions.Basia, short of having wings your presence is angelic, each of us brought their own energy to the studio, but yours was simply amazing! Your support, your undivided attention and your input in the workshop were fabulous. The grounding/integration finale of the workshop was simply the best!Tarin, our mostly unseen guardian, thank you for the way you took care of us, was very much appreciated, wholesome food, delicious treats, amazing energy coming from you.From an introverts perspective, I had doubts that I would not feel challenged by spending so much time every day with a group of strangers for an entire weekend, but from day one I felt amongst family, loving, caring, beautiful family.I am looking forward to the next workshopSo once again, Thank You all!

I love Yoga in the Stars and I’m so grateful to have them in my neighbourhood. They’re less a yoga studio and more a yoga members group and community. The folks who run it are great, the teachers are brilliant, and my fellow practitioners make every session a joy to attend. They have a constantly growing list of interesting events and happenings - full moon rituals, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, food yoga, etc. - on top of a solid lineup of yoga classes. I definitely recommend trying out a class or event - you’ll be welcomed with open arms!

This experience was so eye opening and rejuvenating never had any yoga experience before but this group of teachers at yoga in the stars have set the bar high. Highly recommended reasonably priced give it a go. Close to leytonstone station easy to get to big up Tarin, Basia and Bella
