Exceptional 10/10 5* serviceRachel is a superstarI purchased a signet ring around mid-December, and even at the busiest time of the year, the team worked around the clock to re-shape the ring so that I received it before Christmas.Following this, I hoped to get the ring engraved. I was put into touch with Rachel, who I hope won’t me mind mentioning by name, to get this all sorted for me. Following the exchange of quite a few emails, I must say that Rachel’s service was flawless. From minute 1 she was professional, understanding and just very kind. It was only at the very end that I came to know Rachel is the owner of the family-business and it shows with how much care and effort she gives to her customers.Again, the service given is 10/10 5* and I’m so pleased

I bought a ring from Tribbecks, and they were absolutely fabulous. The assistant Debbie was excellent. She spent lots of time with us, gave some excellent thoughts, ideas and suggestions with what we were looking for. Went to Tribbeck Jewellers to buy an engagement ring and cannot praise the quality of service and staff enough, especially Rachel who was fantastic. My girlfriend (Sarah) and I were left alone to browse the showroom without being pestered by staff and when we asked for assistance it was very attentive. Rachel, after a short discussion with us established what type of ring would be perfect for my girlfriend. Rachel was also very mindful of our budget and did not try to entice us to buy a more expensive ring. In fact she positively promoted a ring that was well under our budget figure as she felt it would be perfect for Sarah. She was right and Sarah loved the ring.After sales service was also great as the ring needed sizing, this was done promptly and without fuss. We also received a congratulatory bottle of Champagne - cheers H R Tribbeck & Son!Will definitely use them again and get the wedding rings. Thank you.

I'd tried several other jewellers without success - wandered into Tribbeck's and outlined my rather vague requirements to a friendly staff member who listened carefully and then fetched just one ring for me to look at. Fantastic experience with Debbie getting us the right wedding bands in a budget. Rings were sized perfectly, very patient switching between trying different rings and plenty of options to choose from. I would highly recommend and would go back in an instant.

Came in on Saturday looking for a gift for family members 21st Jacqui was really helpful and listened to my requirements. She found a number of options for me and also made the thoughtful suggestion of silver bangle which I ended up purchasing! I will definitely be retuning to pick up the earring I also spotted.
