Positives: pleasant store interior. Good selection of mens hats.Negatives: We asked questions as one would expect but they were not met with friendliness. On asking for the hat to be gift wrapped, we were given some folded wrapping tissue on the side on the bag to do later. My wife independently felt this too and we commented on it after leaving.Overall: happy with the hat. Not with the experience.*Of note we visited on the 18th morning to browse and 19th morning to make the purchase. Similar customer experiences on both occasions.

Fantastic shop. I bought a hat from this shop in the summer it has been 8 months on and still looks brand new. The customer service I received was top notch. I will be going back with in the month to buy another. And I might treat myself to a shirt as well.v

I have been for a hat in the summer and we wanted the band changing, even though we could not get the band changed ( and he really tried), the gentleman was extremely helpful. We went back to buy another hat recently and he remebered us. Amazing shop, I love that shop
