Tenbury Wells Surgery

Visiting area and needed medical help, was on hold for a while, explained what was wrong and offered an appointment that morning. While in waiting room the receptionists were answering calls constantly with patience and kindness. Doctor friendly, helpful and reassuring. What a wonderful experience, such a busy practice but staff took time to give good service. Thank you.

Although there are both staff and one or two doctors who try their best to look after the people who come here generally my experiences here have been very, very poor. Long waiting times can be understandable but humiliation by admin staff is depressingly common. Worst still, the treatment meted out by most of the doctors here is awful. Although I have been lucky enough to find a doctor that actually gives a hoot for his patients I still hate having to come here.

This is the best surgery I have ever used. The receptionists are always polite and very helpful. The two doctors I normally see give you time and care, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I hate having to go here. A miserable place to go, I have come away feeling like dirt more than once. I wish I didn't have to deal with these people. But I have no choice and they know it, so they know they can act how they like.

I can honestly say this surgery, it’s support staff and medical team are excellent. I count myself lucky to live in the catchment area of such a good doctors surgery. Keep up the exceptional and difficult work you all do.

I don’t live in this town and I had to attend this surgery in a emergency, I can honestly say the sister I seen was really good and very understanding.

All the team in this practice are outstanding.Dr Conquest has been unrelentingly marvellous - kind, conscientious, insightful, most, most professional.The reception team are warm, helpful and again kind and efficient in all ways.My wife and I have been looked after by the surgery for some 5 years - and we haven't met a better team anywhere - and we've had a range of experiences of different practices having lived in different parts of rural England, in London, Wales and Scotland.Such great people make life so much more fun.Whatever this team has should be bottled and prescribed for all everywhere.Thanks to you all - you could not be more brilliant.Very, very warm wishes and huge thanksMark and Sarah Brown

As I have had to leave the area and relocate I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr Conquest for all his support throughout my depression and anxiety in the 2 1/2 years I have lived here . To be able to talk to someone so understanding and helpful has made me believe in myself more and made me a stronger person . Thank you to all the receptionists as well they have always been very understanding to talk to . I’m not sorry to be leaving Tenbury Wells but I am sorry to have to change my doctor and surgery but onward and upward thank you .

Rang the surgery to ask for a ‘non urgent ‘ docs appointment and had to wait 4 weeks to be seen by a nurse -who asked me why I wanted to see a doctor as she could ‘do everything a doctor could do ‘ —I repeated I wished to see a doctor and was given another 3weeks appointment which meant I would have had to wait 7 weeks. Said I wanted to make a formal complaint and all of a sudden there was an an appointment the next day .

Can't praise this practice enough, first class. Very understanding and professional staff always ready to help.Both my husband and myself have received outstanding treatment.
