Used Matt for carpet in the bedroom and more recently needed the living room and hallway doing, he recommended us a product to suit our needs, gave a very accurate estimate which was also very reasonable. Gave us a day to start and when it would be completed which was a very fast and professional turn around. Cannot fault the quality of finish it’s fantastic. Will definitely use again and not hesitate to recommend to friends/ family/ associates.

Initially we went to a recommended fitter who declined the job due to how big it was and recommended we contact Matt at Platinum Floors.We searched high and low online for LVT tiles we liked and had many samples to try and match Karndean styles we had seen.Matt came round straight away and presented us with Karndean options and made it affordable for us. Matt organised free samples there and then which came a couple days later. Doing this made it a lot easier for us and put an end to our own research constantly looking for the right LVT.Matt's professionalism and communication throughout the whole process was immaculate.We gave Matt a key and trusted him to get on with the job without interruptions to our work.This was our first time having a new floor fitted and to have Matt hold our hand, give his advise and produce such a top quality job throughout we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.Thanks Matt and team!
