Heating SW LTD (Ideal Home Centre)

Terrible service, we chose to visit due to our family using this company for years. As soon as we went in it was made clear the staff felt we could not afford to buy one of their stoves. Two members of staff were extremely rude and even suggested we go to trago as they are cheaper (I believe one was the owner!). Therefore we decided to go to another local shop in Liskeard and had amazing service there, funniest part is we actually had a large budget to spend and our new stove fitted by the other company was more expensive than it would of been from here. My suggestion.... Don't judge a book by it cover and learn some manners. Not only did you loose our custom but have lost any further custom from our family.

We first had dealings with Heating South West, seven years ago when we wanted to purchase a oil fired cooker. They had a large range of cookers in their showroom, we found them very helpful. Following there advice and suggestion we purchased a Heritage cooker which they installed on time, and has performed better than we could have hoped for.A couple of years after this we wanted to upgrade our heating system. We spoke to them again and they suggested we used a Honeywell EcoHome system which has done what they said it would.We recently had a technical problem with the system, which they sorted out for us, although it was five or six years ago when we purchased it.Overall we have found them to be very helpful, knowledgable, with no pressure and having what we wanted in stock. So if we wanted a cooker or anything to do with heating, they would be the first company we would speak to.
