Karleigh and her team are welcoming and get you the results you want. KW fitness is different to anywhere i have trained before - it is versatile, encouraging and enjoyable. It also has a great social aspect to it. Karleigh goes above and beyond for each and everyone of her clients and i could not recommend her more. She keeps me motivated and thanks to her i am now consistent with my training, something i have struggled with previous to training at KW.

My daughter didn’t have much confidence, and at 12 had give up all her hobbies due to her anxiety but then she was recommended KW teen classes. At first she was apprehensive and nervous but Karleigh was amazing and really recognised her worries and took the time to encourage her. Karleigh doesn’t just give her access to exercise in a safe space, she works with the kids inspiring them to thrive and celebrating the other girl’s successes. My daughter loves the teen class as everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

KW fitness deserves way more than the maximum 5 stars available to rate for all this gym has to offer. It’s a place full of inspiration,support and positivity and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Both trainers Karleigh and Bobby are amazing at what they do and go above and beyond to ensure their clients, of any fitness level,get the very best out of each and every session. Both highly knowledgeable inspirational young women but very down to earth ensuring the gym has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Here is where you’ll get your feel good vibes before you’ve even done the workout!!

WOW what a gem of a place!!! Where to even start, I worked with Karleigh years ago prior to kw fitness but due to covid and having twins I was restricted for a while. Whilst trying to get back to it around shifts and children in normal gyms but just couldn’t get into it! She opened KWfitness and I decided to pop along worried I would just go and not commit! However I am now an unlimited member as I cannot get enough!!! It is not a basic normal gym!It’s a welcoming and encouraging group of girls and all fitness levels. Karleigh and Bobbie are just so supportive and always there to make sure you learn and push yourself and SWEAT! They get to know every member who goes to the gym and are always contactable for questions or concerns! They do things as a group outside of the gym ie brunch, hikes etc , they make everyone welcome but no pressure if can make it. I also get to take the kids if I’m stuck and still need my fix!! I would never go anywhere else! Why would you when the trainers practice what they preach! Love the KW fam!

This gym is a golden nugget.You feel welcomed. If you do a morning it sets you up for the day. If evening you go in maybe stressed but come out feeling amazing and alive. Its hard work but Karleigh and co are so understanding of everyone to get their best workout. Other gym goers are so lovely its like a family.Get yourself there. GLAD I DID

Been with KW fitness since the end of November 22, it was honestly the best decisions I've ever made, Karleighs gym has literally saved my life both physically and mentally, ive gone from the biggest ive ever been to the fittest and strongest ive ever been and it keeps getting better. Dropped 5 dress sizes in the last 11 months and ive never felt so confident in my life.Karleigh and Bobby are so inspiring and know their stuff and guide and push us to our limits in the right way to get the best out of us.KW fitness is not just a gym, it's made up of such supportive girls and we are a big family, and a bunch of social butterflies, by going to a number of events like hikes and brunches and parties etc. Ive made friends for life here and its full of good vibes and not clicky like I have been to gyms in the past.You won't regret joining the KW family, the best gym about, instantly puts me in a good mood!

If you've not visited KW fitness yet,you don't know what you're missing! I've been training with Karleigh since 2020 now and I've never looked back. The confidence and energy that you get from her and all the lasses is priceless. All levels of fitness are accounted for and it's not just the gym . Lots of social events with like-minded individuals who all want the same goal.Give it a go,you won't regret it.
