Have been taking our dog there since he was a pup. Staff are always pleasant and he comes back smelling much better and sometimes with a nice haircut.Online booking is a step forward and it would be good if the handovers were done without lots of additional paperwork every time.

I love the groom room- we've been 3 times so far - I have a dog who's quite nervous of people and the young lady who grooms her is so patient with her and has taken the time to bind with her to make her feel more comfortable! I'm really impressed with her and request she does it every timeI also love the way she grooms my dog- she knows her stuff really well and Filo always comes out looking smart and tidyShe does exactly what I ask forCouldn't be happier with the service I receive every time

Appalling service, unprofessional staff. Booked a groom and worked from home to give her in, arrive, and they say unfortunately that actually couldn’t do a full groom and wanted £30 to wash her. Apparently they had tried to call me, once, at the weekend to let me know they couldn’t cut her after all - but didn’t leave a message or anything. The receptionist completely unapologetic and dismissive.Basically, if you want somewhere to waste your time, this is perfect! If you want someone to actually cut the dog’s hair, go elsewhere.

Always get a great groom here. I've taken my pup elsewhere and they complain he's too fidgety, but the Groom Room does a great job! They also spray just the right amount of a good smell on at the end. I would recommend taking your dog here!
