Took my husbands 48 year old wedding ring and his signet ring which had been cut off his finger due to weight gain. They used the signet ring to re-size and repair his wedding ring. Couldn't be happier! It was like a brand new ring straight from the jewellers. Fantastic job, and only took a week. And at a tenth of the price of a new ring. Absolutely delighted.

This is a great jewellers who i have used several times. I've always found them to be very fair and very good. This time was a little repair that he wouldn't charge me for even although the necklace couldn't have been worn and is now perfect.

Chap explained engagement ring repair may/not be possible during assessment.Luckily he was able to repair and only took 3 days. Very reasonably priced. Will use them again if needed and recommend them.Thank you for quick professional work.

Highly recommend! We were looking to resize an engagement ring and most places quoted us 2-3 weeks wait time, but we had a personal urgency. Someone recommended Whickham Jewellers, and Steven was absolutely amazing. He seen us the same day and had it finished the following day for us. He was completely honest and transparent about each service and we couldn’t be happier with the above and beyond service he provided. Very fair prices and excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
