I received the box in good time. However, not sure why the box had been constructed as it would have been more protected if sent flat, using less packaging and probably cheaper to send , had it been sent flat. The top of the outer box had arrived with a big dent in the top and of course when I opened the packaging the lid of the wedding box had a crease. Fortunately this box is for myself and not a client, otherwise I would have been on the phone to the company. There was nothing inside the box to protect its shape which seems very bizarre considering it was in such a big outer box. Shame really because the actual box is quite nice.

First order was really good, quick delivery and the dress covers for my wife's clothes were spot on. So much so I ordered some suit covers and Reldas sent me an email a few days later asking for comments, unfortunately I cannot comment as I am still waiting for them. Sent via Hermes (need I say more)
