Opened on 1 August 2023, this new station has trains every half hour to Clifton Down and Temple Meads mainline among others stations. Well done, Dan Norris, Metro Mayor for the West of England.

Single platform station that after much delay opened on 1st August 2023 - cheap fares - Maximum £3 anytime day return (less with a rail card - of which there are many types) - Weekdays and Saturdays 1/2 hourly to Avonmouth and hourly to Severn Beach - towards Bristol Temple Meads 1/2 hourly - All services are hourly on a Sunday. Long platform that could easily take a 5 car train - - just be careful that you board the right train in the right direction - it does say on the front - - there are a couple of shelters - disabled access at both ends with disabled parking bays at one end at least if not both. Ticket machine and real time information if they are working - convenient for FREE parking but the gates do close at night but not too sure if this will change as trains do start earlier and finish later than the buses but not too sure if WECA, BCC or GWR have considered this!! not too sure about overnight parking either. A few seats - not much shelter if cold or raining
