Absolutely outstanding service.Had my cluster unit repaired for Ford Cmax.Cant believe has fast it was done and returned.I posted it out on monday and it was back in my car on the wednesday. Fully repaired.10/10

10:10! Couldn’t be more pleased Absolutely sterling service. Called up, dropped in, told me the part, I got it and they fitted it all at very short notice and times that were convenient. Would highly recommend. Needed new airbag squib and MOT was due this week! I was very stressed about it all and they made me feel at ease. Honest, competitive in pricing for labour and definitely caring about how their customers feel and the importance of us being on the road.Only negative: parking near the garage is crazy and never anywhere to put the car which was difficult. But called them and they moved a car for me to park,Thanks again.

Received my repaired IP cluster back for my Discovery 3 and so far it seems to have cured all the issues I was having.The service from Sancars was quick and good, only let down by the communication, I received no postage instructions with my confirmation email, no reply to my email asking for postage instructions, and no updates to say they'd received the IP cluster after I'd posted it.Other than the communication though they were quick and my issues do seem to be all gone.

Fantastic service, fixed faulty instrument panel on aygo whilst I waited and threw in a new face plate (which had been cracked by the previous garage trying to fix it) for free. Also managed to get a new key all for less than quoted by previous garage to be sent off and work works have taken over a week. Brilliant customer service , definitely recommend, 5 stars all the way

Nissan Juke Dash screen stopped working and was quoted over £500 from Nissan for a new one.I was apprehensive about posting it off in case something happened. I had nothing to worry about. Scarcars were brilliant and like all the other reviews I got the item back within a couple of days and working again saving me hundreds.Defiantly recommended and I would use again without question

Never thought a repair of a faulty unit can be that simple. Posted a parcel and cluster has been repaired on the same day when delivered and shipped back to me. Arrived day later. Brilliant service, gets the job done quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Excellent top notch service! Soooo fast too! Easy to get to, but parking a little difficult. Took my cluster in myself and done within a couple of hours. Now fitted and so far no further issues. Excellent value for money.Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

We enjoyed excellent and very swift turnaround with this company, who were the best priced we were able to find. The cluster was returned within 48 hours, fully repaired. The communication from Sancars throughout was also highly appreciated. We will certainly be using them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Peugeot 107 belonging to my daughter had dashboard indicator warning light problems. Her usual mobile mechanic took the instrument pod apart and said he couldn't fix it. A phone call to Sancars and a realistic fixed price next day appointment was offered.Very professional people. First class service. Car repaired in under an hour and a cup of tea! Outstanding customer service. Will spread the word to any mates in a similar position. Many thanks to all the staff.
