I had just bought my first house and the electrical report showed several issues that the mortgage lender required fixing within 3 months. I had spoken with a couple of other electricians and received very different advice and quotes (ranging from £500 to £5000) so was feeling rather stressed and confused so my neighbour recommended David.David was knowledgeable, including about the legal requirement of domestic electrical installations, and honest. He fitted me in at relative short notice and worked hard so I could meet the mortgage lender's time frame. As well as addressing the essential requirement of the electrical report, he also addressed the recommended ones and added additional sockets with USBs. He kept me informed of progress through the week, explained things in a way that was understandable to a lay person and picked up on my desire for a neat aesthetic so made good decisions about placement of fans and ducts etc. and left everything clean and tidy.I would happily use David again for future electrical work.

We recently moved to Downpatrick and needed a number of changes made to our current set up. New sockets, outdoor lights, change of ceiling lights etc. David was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He offered us solutions that would be both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
