Had a new kitchen designed and fitted, first class

Awful experience. Ordered a kitchen 2021, now May 2022 and still not finished. We hired the kitchen fitter recommended by them who agreed to do some extras which have never been completed. After 5 months of trying to speak to them about it and only after threatening legal action today we finally get a phone call from the fitter only for him to incredibly abusive and threatening.I will be raising a dispute with my bank and trading standards.

This is the second CK kitchen we have had installed. First one was 10’years ago and we still love it but we are now moving house and decided on CK again for the kitchen renovation in our new home. From the start of the process Colin was fully immersed in helping us develop our original ideas. He helped ensure we made best use of the space and offered intuitive design ideas. We are thrilled with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending CK Kitchens and their recommended installers.

Great quality kitchen, and great service right up to the moment we handed over the money. 10 months on, and there are still issues we seem unable to get resolved with CK Kitchens. My advice would be to buy a kitchen from these people but to negotiate a 10% retention fee until they have fulfilled their promises and assurances.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Colin was so helpful and creative with his design, a few tweaks (which were no hassle) and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The whole process from design stage straight through to installation was simple, no problems at all and any niggles were dealt with immediately. Communication is a real plus point dealing with this Company. The quality of our kitchen is outstanding. We looked at other local companies but there really was no comparison, we are thrilled with the final product and how our new kitchen looks. Worth every penny. Absolutely thrilled with CK, Colin came straight to house rather than computer image in the first instance which impressed me. He listened to my requirements and managed to make a small kitchen look fantastic as well as being very efficient and user friendly. As with other reviews I was pleased with whole process from start to finish. Couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable as well as prompt in responses to emails etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Colin especially am sure the whole team are just as good. Fitting also fantastic and trouble free, extremely efficient and skilled craftsmen. Thanks CK.

Really impressed with Colin and the team, who supported us throughout the kitchen project. Colin showed excellent attention to detail and didn't complain as we went through several design changes and asked his opinion on what must have been a 100 granite work top options - he updated the design and sent us the images with a smile. We were supported through the build and the inevitable problems that come up: items were ordered last minute and a unit size was changed a week before delivery at no additional cost. CK also worked with other suppliers e.g. to ensure strip lighting groves were cut into work tops and shelves, and they spoke to our installation contractor when required. A complete service.The units have only been in a few month and time will tell, but they are of noticeably high quality, look good and work excellently. I didn't leave a review at the time but Sam did an even better job than Colin on our bathroom a few years ago:-)
