I was served yesterday by a young black lad maybe still in his teens . I didn’t get his name however I just have to say , it todays shopping trips very rarely do you get such excellent service , he was both knowledgeable on what young kids like , but polite and obviously well used to working with people. I was so impressed I wanted to at least tell his manager but she wasn’t available. I’m not sure this will ever get to him . But Thank you young man for loving your job and giving an older gentleman the service we only hope we can get nowadays. Well done .5 star service.

Love my DMs so i love this shop, it had very good customer service from my experience. I'm always greeted with a smile and if something is not in stock they will happily order it for you to come to the shop or to your home :)

This place always has something I love but it's all very expensive. Not to blame the shop though, the items they sell are expensive everywhere.

The staff in this store are friendly, helpful and wiling to go above and beyond for their customers. I had to exchange some shoes and it was quick and easy. I left the store feeling happier than I went in, thanks to Jenny and the other staff (I'm sorry, I didn't get the other girls name). A great team of people working there. Thank you.

Great range of decent shoe but just hope you do not have to return anything faulty as the manager Anna is very rude. £ 80 pair of kickers made my daughter's feet bleed after two days back at school and she would not agree they were faulty!

The products of their brand are truly excellent, the communication regarding the collect point is a bit poor. They couldn't find my package, even though I had the email to collect my order. Overall positive experience!

I don’t write reviews unless it’s super bad or super good. I attended the shop with my son yesterday with the hope of finding shoes. It was relatively quiet in my opinion, we were ignored by the staff members who were standing around chatting. Non of them approached us asking whether we needed any help or even said a simple hi when walking in. We took ourselves a few shops down and got some shoes there instead!

Customer service absolutely disgusting I went in the assistant was arguing with a Customer ahead of me then she turned and served me then didn't accepted my voucher as the value was higher than what I was wanting to purchased she said I wouldn't get any change so I paid on my debit card what point she was trying to make I don't know. I will take my custom else where in the future.
