Great little bar off the beaten track. Plays some great music( a little too loud at times) and has some very friendly bar staff. You can play games or chill, or do kareoke. whatever takes your fancy I'm sure you will have a blast here. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't have any food.

Amazing venue 1 of the very few places I’ve been to where the staff are friendly and the music is amazing you never get both in one establishment the drinks were lovely with a wide variety to choose from I would definitely recommend stopping by here for one because once you have one you won’t want to leave I promise you that

Attended with work colleagues for karaoke,if you haven’t been, you need to go! I didn’t eat so I can’t comment. Would definitely go back! Having too much fun to take photos lol. YOU MUST VISIT

A slightly more rawer and grittier place compare to other modern stylised bars nearby. However, I been here many times before and have always enjoyed my nights here. There's never any trouble and usually attracts a young friendly crowd.Decor is very much 80s retro with arcade cabinets and foosball around. The karaoke downstairs is an additional bonus.There's a menu for Smoke Stak on the tables. The food is a little dryer compare to the other bbq place nearby but still good.Bonus points for the DJ playing early 00s garage music. It was lost on the youth, but I appreciate it. Good to see the DJ enjoying himself as well, his energy was contagious!

Been here twice for karaoke, and it's great! The staff are lovely, especially the Carribbean bar tender, makes amazzzzing cocktails.They also have free foosball and some arcade games. Very trendy, young place. I think there's atleast 4 karaoke rooms, great song selection.Thanks guys x

I found the venue itself was OK didn't have as many songs on the karaoke as I'd of liked. It does the job and the amount of fun you have is like most things is about the people your with instead of the actually place.

There's a charm to this place, it's like a bar from the 60s that's operating like it's the 90s. Prices are good and the cocktails taste just as strong as any other place.The atmosphere is usually busy, though the garden in the back can be chill. I will say music is usually quite loud, but the real place this bar shines in is it's kareoke downstairs.It's simple and that's what I like about Old Schoolyard. Many a great night has been had here with friends.
