Great range and if not in stock at the time they can order it in for next day. I use this fir their fantastic click and collect service. Prices are always competitive too. Staff are always on the ball with helpfulness and advice too. Highly recommended

Ordered online and paid over £200 for for various items. Upon collection staff demanded a pin verification for a card that I DO NOT have a pin for as is used online only.Staff were ultimately unhelpful and as always very unknowledgeable, it was like talking to a call centre operator who is reading a script.I had the card on my person, other cards in the same name, proof that they were my cards through my banking app and also had photo ID to confirm my name, the only response I got to my questions and pleads was “we need a pin verification”Bear in mind they have happily taken my money but will not make any effort to overcome the problem whatsoever.I AM NOW A TOOLSTATION CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND WILL NEVER USE SCREWFIX AGAIN!!

Handy for all your DIY stuff but make sure you order online as the shop itself does not stock everything. Click and collect for best results. Prices are comparable to most places and they have a good returns policy

This is the second time I have been to this screwfix and I want to say thankyou for your advice and help each time absolutely brilliant customer service. This morning a lady helped me sort out which bolts I required. Screwfix will be my first stop for anything I need for home.

Nick and Paul went above and beyond for me last week to make sure I had what I needed at short notice. Probably the best customer service I ever received!

Super helpful experience today. Its great to see the team the other side of the counter helping you to get the right parts you need. The guy Ted today was brilliant, great advice, found everything I needed and was just a really happy upbeat character. Why would you go anywhere else!

2022. Won't come here again. Too difficult to park due to poor parking of trucks operated by St Helena Hospice and their arrogant customers who park their Volvos over 2 spaces and deny the working man access while delivering their 'tat' next door.Pretty busy and airless. It's a shame the maximum of 4 customers inside is no longer applicable.

I want to thank Nick, Martine, Dray and Marie for all being fantastic ambassadors for this business.Whenever I buy anything from this branch of Screwfix, I never fail to be bowled over by the way I am treated with such kindness and courtesy.Recently, I suffered a bereavement and got rather 'mixed up' so ended up accidentally ordering one item from Peartree and another from Davey Close.However, these lovely people sorted it out for me and were able to provide me with the item I would otherwise had to have gone out of my way to collect. Nothing is too much trouble and because I am somewhat challenged in the mobility department - any heavy items are always brought out to my car.This branch is also very hot on data protection - because until Nick realised that a specific order was actually for me, he made sure that I could not scrutinise the paperwork! In my book this can only be another huge plus in terms of the care taken to protect customers' privacy.
