I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Anthony Quinn and all of his team at Exeter Eye. I have had two cataract operations and both times I was treated kindly and with consideration. All aspects of my procedure was explained clearly. I am 80 years old and now have excellent eyesight for which I am thankful. Thank you to you all for making me feel at ease and fully supported by your aftercare too. Sincerely yours Christine

Having visited the Heavitree Ophthalmology Clinic for a number of years with regard to Bilateral ocular hypertension, it was suggested that a PRESERFLO procedure be performed at the West of England Eye Unit, Wonford Hospital. The guidance and explanation given be Mr. Michael Smith, Surgeon, was extremely clear and concise. Both Mr. Smith and his support team were professional. The advice and reassurances that were given by them was extremely well recieved.Thank you for easing my personal fears with regard to such an intricate procedure.

My husband has been treated twice by Mr Anthony Quinn this year, removing a cataract from each eye. The first was the must nerve wracking but Mr Quinn and all members of the team put him at ease with their calm confidence and knowledge, plus Mr Quinn at no point makes you feel rushed or that any question is a daft one. The first eye had a toric distance lens fitted and the difference in vision from that point has been amazing. My husband quickly decided that having the other eye treated would be advantageous so that they were equal and Mr Quinn removed that early stage cataract with a standard shaped lens and this was equally as successful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Like many contributors to this review page I self-referred to have cataract surgery on both my rather complicated eyes and have had the most amazing (to me) outcome in as much as my vision is better than I've had since childhood and I'm now 71 yrs old. Everything was carried out by Mr Quinn and his team in a most professional and yet friendly fashion. Although the treatment is expensive I feel that it has been worth every penny and would encourage anyone who is feeling hesitant to invest at least in a consultation, you will find all your questions are answered in a straight forward way and Mr Quinn is very pro-active in making suggestions and explaining the attributes of the many alternative lenses available to you.I no longer need reading glasses for anything other than the tiniest print and I have excellent night-time vision for driving too. Thank you all at the Exeter Eye !

Mr Quinn and his team were amazing. I was extremely nervous about my cataract surgery but Mr Quinn explained everything to me and clearly outlined the pros and cons of all my options so i could make an informed choice. During my surgery he constantly reassured me and the whole team made me feel relaxed and I knew i was in safe hands. The aftercare was excellent and I had all the contact numbers i needed and when i did have a couple of queries post op Mr Quinn personally called me within minutes of me speaking to the office (even though he was on holiday), nothing was ever too much trouble. All i can say is thank you to you all it has made such a massive impact on my life. If you are thinking of having any eye procedures done Mr Quinn and the team at Exeter Eye are the people to go to.

My review is for the webpage that provides information about the eye. The information about the eye, so far as it relates to the eyeball is quite good. I also shows supporting systems. That said, the site treats the eyeball as if it is somehow separate from the structure retaining and supporting it. What would happen to the eye if we didn't have functioning tear ducts? Every website with information on the eye excludes information about supporting systems.
