I was reassured by Doctor Turnbull about results I had for a kidney function blood test. It was frustrating to just receive a number from the receptionist without the chance of getting an explanation. I worried for a few months before deciding to ask for a gp appointment to discuss the result. I am glad I did.

Getting an appointment is near impossible, receptionists are very rude and will at every chance try to get you to see a nurse even if you require a doctor. They also are very intrusive about whatever medical issue is going on, asking questions they actually don’t have the right to ask. They send you to the Pharmacist and say they should be able to look at what’s going on, and then you get to the Pharmacy and lo and behold it’s against their health and safety policy. Majority of doctors are useless too, don’t care about the patients and say whatever they can to get you out as fast as a possible (Dr Turnbull is the exception, absolutely lovely!) If there was ANY other GP nearby i’d switch in a heartbeat.

This is my doctor and i can honestly say that the staff here are wonderful, the reception staff are kind friendly and very professional, the doctors are all top notch and do their absolute best under very difficult conditions with all the new people who have recently moved into the area i believe they're under a great deal of stress and pressure so treat them well go to your appointments or at least cancel if you can't make it and give somebody else a chance. Visited this practice a few weeks ago for the first time. Everyone from reception to the nurses and doctors were just wonderful and very very helpful. Thank you.

This is the best surgery in West Lothian by far . All Staff are very nice and always try their best to accommodate you . Always fairly easy to get through to by phone. I see people complaining well they should go stay areas where there really is something to complain about it.

I have been having an ongoing problem with back pain and sore joints, which adds to my depression and anxiety. Also, during these covid times, as its difficult to see your gp and nurse at the moment, I have been impressed with the way I have been listened to , and helped, through from every phone call , to every doctor and nurse. All have been patient, helpful and understanding. Thank you x
