Good service when selling but non existent when there is a problem. Spent just short of £100 on mod and tank. Due to design of mod some juice had got into charging point. Mod less than a year old and sold as being industractable but basically got 'fobbed' off by the staff stating they nor the supplier can do nothing as its over 6 months old.Not happy at all, wont be buying at this outlet no more.

Brilliant shop. As a Gatwick employee you get an sweet deal on house liquids. Best liquids around. Don't damage coils as quickly as others. Also very friendly and helpful staff. Easy location near Gatwick Airport and Crawley.

Ordered juices a while ago now (I feel people should know). Juice never arrived and after countless emails of promises of resending and or refunding my money I never received anything. Decided to just come to terms I was £30 down and put it down to experience. Will never ever use this company again. Would have put zero stars if it would let me.

Excellent company really reliable. Kept me up to date over the phone if say an item was out of stock and gave me plenty of alternatives. Delivery was super quick as well. Highly recommend.

First visit to the shop yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Very knowledgable guy behind the counter who allowed me to sample some flavours unlike the other shops that I have visited. To top it all he gave my wife and I a discount for working nearby.Whoever thought up the first Thursday of the month evening event is a pure genius.I can say hands down, without a shadow of doubt, the best vape shop that I have been too.Well done! I will definitely be a regular.

Went for some trial work days here in the office and found them very unprofessional. They didn't have enough computers and often had technical problems which made working consistently almost impossible. Apparently they expect you to bring your own computer with all the necessary programs. Some of the staff I met were very friendly and the office was nice but that's about all the positives I can say. Was also never paid for my time; despite being told I would be paid in the interview, and multiple attempts to get in contact with them for months. Do not recommend going for apprenticeships here.
