Great shop! All you need for your boat, with people who have actually been on a sail boat before. I would never have sailed on four thousand miles after leaving holyhead without james' help, so thanks and keep it up!

As a long standing customer of Yachtshop's - I have always been continually impressed by the standard of service, customer care and quality of products on offer. I have always found the advice from the yachtshop team extremely helpful when buying products. Prices are always been extremely competitive - in most cases they are amongst the cheapest around. Will I be buying from them again - absolutely!

The laziest most unwilling broker ever encountered.Can‘t be bothered to provide information.I guess they are are running a ripp off scheme by which they are charging the boat owners storage fees which would explain why they have no interest in selling.update / answer to responseYou have enough time to respond to google reviews but you don‘t have time to provide potential customers with information regarding your listed yachts. Get your priorities straight and learn about customer service. So far I have only experienced ignorance and laziness and that way you have lost a potential customer and probably will continue to do so.

Recently bought a Honwave boat + Honda outboard package from Yachtshop and found the whole experience absolutely first class (advice, knowledge, price, customer service etc). Both Ewan and James have immediately been on hand for every question and/or query raised, so much so that despite being closed yesterday (Sunday) they responded immediately to 3 emails I sent asking questions about outboard engine maintenance i.e. they wrote back within 5 minutes of my email being sent desite it being their day off. Well done Yachtshop (Ewan and James), really impressive!

I would just like say a special thanks to James at the Holyhead Yachtshop who helped us out with a software issue between our Garmin plotter and a Honda NMEA 2000 (not showing fuel) on our Highfield 460 Sport Deluxe. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he,s a credit to the Highfield Brand.Cheers and thanks again James

I really wanted to like these guys - local, convenient and potentially really helpful given I have a boat on Anglesey. Unfortunately, in trying to have my boat serviced, the level of customer care and attention has been equivalent only to my mobile phone provider. So nearly six months after I first asked, it has still not been done and, though there were reasons for the delay up until about two months ago, the position for literally weeks and weeks is that I am waiting for a phone call to confirm a date and time which I don't think will ever actually come. Real shame.

worst shop ever. they are not even a shop. they are china level drop shipping company that need weeks and weeks to deliver your order. until you will get it, you wil be ignored, all your messages will be ignored, to get refund impossible. so be careful with them if you need your item fast and it is emergency. there is no emergency for that african level shop and their workers. emergency ends when your money in their account. worst ever-african scammer level

Great shop, what a find, well worth a visit. Light and airy with a superb range of stock. I had some brilliant advice on how to improve the performance of my RIB and make a minor repair myself. I know where I'm going for my next boat!
