My friend introduced me to Lucy and Yak through a pair of dungarees. Love the quality, the colours and their ethos. The shop is bright and inviting and the service is wonderfully. Very helpful staff.

I’m a huge fan of Lucy & Yak and was super excited to get to finally visit a store. The atmosphere is great, staff friendly and cheerful, clothes are lovely as always and much nicer to see in real life. Would always visit again when I come back to Bristol

Such a warm and welcoming store! The staff are incredibly helpful. We met Beck, Bethany, Abby and of course Yogi (woof!) who were all so friendly and lovely! Love the pre-loved section in the store! We will be back! Please give Yogi some cuddles from us!

I had the best time visiting this store yesterday!! Bethany and Katie were SUPER lovely and friendly. They suggested lots of things for my friend and me to try on and helped us with sizes and colours. It was probably the most fun I’ve ever had shopping. Love this store!

Been a long time buyer of Lucky & Yak but this was my first visit to one of the shops. I can’t recommend it more. It was amazing to be able to try on all the different products and see which suited the best. The team are amazing, really approachable. Abby couldn’t be any friendlier nor helpful. 10/10 service and products xxx

I already ordered from Lucy&Yak online and was thrilled to finally be able to visit their store on my vacation in England. It was such a nice experience.The staff was incredibly nice and the advice was great. I had problems finding my size and she estimated it right away and gave me great advice on the cuts. I absolutely love my new clothes :)

Me and my mum had a really lovely experience in store today. Super helpful staff and lovely dog Yogi made the best addition. Really pleased with my purchases and to find all my items in my size. Can't wait to come back! :)

First Lucy and Yak shop experience and was really lovely.Staff very approachable and friendly which makes you feel comfortable.Found what I went in for and a little more.Being dog friendly is a huge bonus, as you can tell dog made himself very comfortable and had a snooze after the staff gave him a gravy bone and something to drink.Thank you all!- Vicky & Buzz_the.border.collie
