Felicity Wood Yoga

I absolutely loved this class! It was usually the highlight of my week - it felt great to move a bit and stretch out properly and know it was all perfectly safe for the baby. Best of all, I found that it really helped me stay calm and quite often resulted in the best (sometimes only) night's sleep of the week! I can't wait to try the postnatal class in a few weeks. Thank you!

Felicity is an amazing teacher, very knowledgable, really friendly, and I always leave the classes feeling really calm and relaxed. I've been taking her pregnancy yoga classes and cannot recommend them highly enough. We always do an excellent range of movements, helping with balancing, stretching, strength, as well as focusing on relaxing and breathing. I hadn't done much yoga before, and wasn't a problem, as Felicity is such a good teacher, and you have the freedom to go at your own pace with the movements if you need to. As well as being really enjoyable, the classes have really helped alleviate some of the pregnancy aches and pains I had been experiencing. So you can see why I've given 5 stars!

No matter how intense the day Felicitys' class never fails to release stress. Fantastic teacher with a real passion for yoga and consideration for her students :)
