Had Dream Doors out to fix the complete disaster of a kitchen we purchased only 3 years earlier for £8,500 (from Direct Kitchens @ Ecclesfield - see my review there for pictures of the shockingly poor quality of worktops and splash backs they fitted, and the terrible finish). From start to finish, Rachel and Mark were professional and really listened to what our problems were that we wanted fixing. Mark came out several times to make sure we were 100% happy with what we had decided on, and when it came to fitting, made sure he was present to oversee the entire job and to ensure the finish was absolutely spot on.We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen now - our new granite worktops and splash backs, and our granite island are just beautiful and everyone comments on how stunning they look. Our kitchen has been transformed and is now the kitchen it should have been 3+ years ago. Thank you for listening Mark and Rachel, and Mark for being the expert we needed (and for putting up with my perfectionism!).

Can't speak highly enough here. Their initial design and installation was GREAT. They have just been incredibly helpful with issues that are about our wear, tear, and misuse that I have been blown away. Not only MUST I recommend them to others, but when we move house I will definitely use them again. I am not related to, nor do I know, any of the staff there but Dream Doors provide a BRILLIANT service.

No issues with the fitting of my kitchen 5 years ago, but problems 4/5 years on with the product itself.Cupboards and drawers to the side and above the cooker started to peel back the vinyl wrap finish, apparently any heat source near to the doors/drawers can cause this to happen, not informed of this at time of installation of course.After posting a review previously this year on TRUSPILOT, I was contacted by the Dream Doors installer in my area, apparently this is known to happen, I was offered doors and drawer fronts fitted at cost price, fitting free.Fair enough, but the extra cost after just 4 years of a new kitchen being fitted, I thought, not acceptable to me, though I did take the offer of having the most obvious doors with the fault, that is above the cooker in plain sight, changed and paid for the replacements. BEWARE, no doors or drawers near to a cooker, which is usually where they are in a fitted kitchen!!

We have had a new kitchen worktop, sink and taps fitted by Dream doors and am very pleased to say we are very happy with the whole experience. From visiting the showroom and speaking to Rachel to the fitting they were very professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish many thanks to Mark Rachel and Lisa nothing to much trouble, very good price. but the most praise must go to Glen Palmer the best tradesman i have ever used in the last 50 years by far, contact Mark for a quote but insist that you get Glen to do your work, unbelievable
