August 2017 - Florian just did the flowers for my daughter's wedding and they were magnificent! The flowers were of high quality and the colours were stunning! Florian went above and beyond tying different coloured ribbon around each and every linen napkins, after my multi-coloured linen napkins were never delivered. They did this on their own initiative and it looked fabulous! They save the day for sure

I absolutely love love love this florist. From the beautiful window displays, the quirky and unusual gifts and cards to the wonderful flowers and plants its like stepping into a little bubble of magical. The absolute best thing about here though is the staff. The love they have for their products and knowledge is wonderful and their customer service is outstanding. Since lock down they have had to be closed but have been delivering as usual. I wanted to send flowers to my best friend and they chose the bouquet for me and advised, it was wonderful to see. I decided to buy one for myself to, to cheer me up and my bouquet is breathtaking. Over a week later and it looks as fresh as the first day with the flowers and smells (yes flowers that smell!) transporting me to outside and summer. Love this shop, will always buy from here and nowhere else. Small bunch of treats, plants, presents, its all here! Thank you Carrie

Sent here by a good friend- I requested half a dozen roses to be delivered for a special occasion at a nearby restaurant.All went well: the roses and foliage were beautiful, particularly velvety, and presented in a standing box which acted as a vase at the restaurant’s table. Very thoughtful. £41 inc delivery.They were a hit, as was the evening all round.

A beautiful florists full of lovely gifts. I wanted a bouquet for my mum following a bereavement and the women at Florian’s listened to what I wanted and my budget, and made me something beautiful and perfect while I waited. Thank you so much

Had a promising bunch of peonies bought for me by a friend, however half of them were dry and some did not flower. I did call into the shop and was promised a delivery of a replacement. Still not received after a week.

I have bought many bouquets from Florian, each time I am impressed with the quality of the flowers and how long they last. Any excuse, I will buy from them as I know that whoever I give them to will be blown away and usually ring me to say how long they have lasted. It doesn't matter whether I spend £10 or £50.

Disappointing experience. They would not let me pick my own stems and told me off for looking too closely. I told them I was a florist myself and asked a question about their roses to which they responded ‘Oh, you’re one of those instagram florists.’ When I got my flowers home, it became apparent that the real reason they wouldn’t let me choose my own stems is because their stock was all very old and already dying. The roses were rotted through to their centre. I emailed to make them aware and they asked me to provide photos, which I did, and then subsequently ignored my email. Would not go here again.

Lovely in store shopping experience, the blooms look lovely but the antiques and homewards are equally as interesting. Very worth a browse!

Florian are our local florist, and we recently worked with them on our wedding flowers and the outcome was glorious! From start to finish, Carrie completely understood our cobbled vision and helped turn it into reality! Our wedding venue was even better than we'd imagined with the beautiful, perfectly punctuated setting of flowers on the tables and around the venue, along with our stunning bouquets and buttonholes.Carrie, Pauline and the whole team are simply fab and we're very grateful that we can continue to get beautiful bouquets and gifts, right on our doorstep!
