Called in here because I was having trouble with both my front Tyres. I had to put air in at least once a week. I was seen to almost straight away and although they could find no reason they cleaned the sensors AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING for their trouble.The staff are very friendly and efficient. This is my new 'go to place' for tyres.Highly recommended.

My plastic wheel cover for damaged during last tyre change, unfortunately I've noticed that at home as I was on passenger site of the car.Also one of new tyres was blow up to almost 40psi and it should be 31psi.I'm aware it's a busy place and they trying do do as many cars a day as possible but should have bit more respect for someone else property.Blowing tyre up 10psi higher then it should be is very unprofessional and surrely not safe for car driver.

The only mechanic I will go to in Newtownards. Katie at the front desk is absolutely brilliant, she'll go above and beyond to get you back on the road. They never over charge and I know they will only ever do what the car actually needs, a breath of fresh air in the world of mechanics!

Have always had good and efficient service from Kerrs in the past so wanted to get my front tyre replaced as there was a sizeable bulge and tyre losing air. Gave the tyre size a number of times over the phone and the wrong size was ordered a couple of times so ended up going elsewhere to get tyre replaced. Ended up being cheaper and quicker.Reply to responseHi there, thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate your apology. I know mistakes can happen, and I appreciate you taking responsibility for this and your future offer of help.
