Arrived promptly, managed to get all furniture out smoothly without any hiccups, very professional and would recommend them to anyone any use them again.

I’d like to thank the Removal and Delivery company for making my move stress free. The pricing was simple and transparent, there were no surprises on the day of the move or any additional charges not discussed upfront. The team (Mo and George) was professional in communication, punctual, had a branded van and equipment, was respectful of time, and gentle in handling of personal items. A five star experience!

My experience had some pros and cons. Overall the two-person team helped a lot, they carried some extra boxes and garden furniture I forgot about, which I really really appreciate, and they did this with no issues and helped right away, however they did damage a few things, the one piece that I care about was an expensive shelf that I don’t think was handled with care. In the quotation, it mentioned furniture blankets and floor protectors however neither were used.The movers were also were not prepared for carrying a piano, which also took a couple of hits. This was included in my original quotation but the movers were still surprised about it so perhaps something got lost in communication somewhere - one of them said I should have specified if it was electric or not but I think if someone needs help moving a piano, you’d assume it’s a traditional (heavy) one.The movers also tried to open a double door in the house, without asking any of the residents about how it worked, or if it was useable and ended up breaking the latches.And finally, one small bag that got loaded was not unloaded and seems to have been lost, not sure how and I did forget about it until a day or two after so partially my fault for also not remembering and checking everything made it’s way off the van.I want to make a point that on the positive, they were very easy to book with and the movers were on time, pretty quick and super helpful, but just to give an honest review of the experience and a few things that could be improved as it was a bit of a mixed bag - essentially I think things needed to be handled with more care, and the furniture blankets are certainly needed, maybe not for everything but for the pricier items for sure.

Rana and his team at the removal delivery company are the most reliable men REISS has ever worked with. You can always rely on a quick reply, his men are always polite and friendly, and they get the job done quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more! They are also super loyal and will always find a way to deliver your items- even if you email them on the day! They will always make it happen. ☺️

After my driver cancelled on me with short notice, I contacted these guys on a recommendation. Rana was incredibly helpful and responsive, and very understanding of hesitancy I had due to previous bad experiences with other removal companies. He was happy to prove his legitimacy. He then had a driver out in around an hour the very same day - super quick service and really saved the day, so thank you.My driver Mahir was also great and is a total credit to this company. Really friendly, we had a great chat during the drive to the drop off point, and he helped load everything into the new place efficiently. In the past I've often felt rushed by delivery companies and with Mahir it was very much a pleasant experience - definitely went above what I expected.Easily now my go-to for any future moves! Thank you both.

The only reason I'm leaving the second star is because the two men who helped pack up my flat were quick and efficient otherwise I'd have left one.I was quoted for 3 men and a Luton truck to pack and move all of my things for a 1 bed furnished flat. Upon arrival it was only 2 men. I was told that because they didn't know I was on the 3rd floor with no lift (I had forgotten to send back the questionnaire - though he didn't follow up and ask) they could not complete the move for me today. After much back and forth I finally agreed to just having the two men help pack for the day then we'd have 4 men come to move the following to do the move. Being an error by miscommunication I expressed that the fault did not only rest on my shoulders, I asked to share responsibility for the mistake and asked for a flat rate for the following day to which I was quoted for what would have equalled a 9 hour work day which was insulting and greedy especially considering I was already paying an hourly rate for a 3rd man (who wasn't there) and a truck (that I wasn't using).The 2 guys who packed my flat were fast and efficient however they left me with about 10 extra boxes I did not need and 2 rolls of bubble wrap, one I later found hiding behind a stack of boxes (equalling about 50£ of my invoice).Rana is a fast talker and will bulldoze the conversation making it seem like he's apologetic, fair and trying to do right but in the end, the quotes he gave me were overpriced and left much room for potential up-charges which I feel like given the opportunity, would have been taken. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention and am the fool here but I'm also 5 month pregnant and have more faith in people than I should. I feel completely taken advantage of and I do not recommend using this company without a CLEAR predetermined agreement upfront.In the end I hired a different moving company to come move my things who were able to provide me a reasonable price with a flat rate.

I would highly recommend! They were easy to book and responsive. On my moving day they were on time, it was very organised and it went as smoothly as it could have. The team were so friendly and did a good job, it definitely took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I will be using them again if needed and would recommend to any friends or family. Highly Professional service.

This company were incredible. They moved us to a flat with 3 stairs up on the hottest day of the year so far and were so great and positive about it. Still can't believe they got everything up there and with any damage. Amazing!!
