I came in with acrylic nails on and asked for them to be taken off as my natural nails were quite long . I then wanted gel on my natural nails. Instead of using acetone and foil to remove the acrylics , they just pried them off my nails by forcing a tip underneath. The gel has been on not even a week and it is cracking and coming off. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nails are ruined not just me my friend too! Poor hygiene did not see washing hand once… will not be returning also don’t accept card and it’s 2022!

Lovely staff, if you go peak times expect to wait upwards of an hour but worth it. Been a few times and would return.

Absolutely brilliant. I called to see if they could advise about my terribly bitten nails. They said come in and we'll be able to help. The friendly staff checked my nails and before I knew it I had a full set of beautiful nails. I felt so much better and my nails are still looking great. Will definitely be going back and recommend anyone to make an appointment or pop in.
