Receptionist are very patient and understanding, the drs are amazing cannot fault them at all , they do their best in difficult circumstances ,Yvonne is just the best ,straight to the point and very easy to chat to ,been with this practice 50+ years

Absolutely negligent towards the patient ! This is my experience! Been waiting for a month for a referral for severe neck pain . They said that because of the coronavirus they are not working on full capacity! Until when ??? Also been waiting for two months for my DR to switch me from every two weeks to every month prescription , he was supposed to call me . Nope ! That too didn’t happen. I’m changing GP ! Tired of this! Obviously I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone!

The doctors are polite and explain really well in case you have any questions regarding your treatment. Dr.Konrad treats kids really well with lots of patience and treatment is apt. The nurses are also very polite and helpful. The women who sit at the reception are also very polite and helpful. You can book an appointment at ease over there. The center is accessible to strollers and wheelchairs♿ and has accessible toilets, ramp,lift and accessible entrance too! Good service, definitely recommend if ur looking for GP nearby!

The Best Practice - very helpful and kind receptionists, all the doctors and nurses are amazing at their job. I have to say that Tracey from the reception always gives the best advice and the GP, Dr. Lobacz is extremely professional with fantastic attitude to the patient, he always explains everything with the knowledge behind but also in the way that is understandable for the patient. Couldn’t ask for better place!
