Was desperate for new glasses, went along to Ace and Tate after reading about it on several instagram pages and wasn't disappointed! The eye test is quick and efficient, and the range of glasses is unlike anywhere else, much better than Specsavers or Vision Express ! They had my glasses and sunglasses ready within half an hour for me to take away which was INCREDIBLE service. Everyone working there was really friendly and informative, if you need your eyes tested, this is the place to go !

I recently popped by to get my prescription in a new pair of spectacles and the team were absolutely wonderful. Nour & Safa helped with options suited to my style and face and made adjustments to the glass which I love. Amazing team x

Excellent service here. Really helpful and friendly. The optometrist checked and then rechecked to make sure my new prescription was right for me after I had a problem and I am delighted with my new glasses

I just had a eye test performed by Sachin, have to say he did a great job at explaining thing. Also, no big sales push either which was a concern before i turned up as I was having the free eye test. But, all good.

Amazing (fast) service with wonderful, helpful staff! Wide range of glasses available at a reasonable price, as well as the offer of a free eye test in store!I would definitely recommend!

I've been going to Ace & Tate for about 6 years now. Always great customer service and the glasses and sunglasses are stylish and reasonably priced for any prescription.Couldn't recommend more highly.

This is 4 stars rather than 3 as the optician was great and in the end did see me.They have a very strict 5 minute policy, lots of me saying I was 5 minutes and the manager saying 7 minutes late - They were refusing to do the test.Maybe they looked and realised I had multiple train cancellations (Industrial action) it was raining and I had dragged my 4 month old with me and was near tears at the thought of doing it all again.I respect the policy and am glad I was able to have the tests but to be told it's not my problem" by the manager when clearly upset was not great."

Great eye test. Sachin explained the results very clearly. Loved the range of frames and have arranged to have them listed home. All very easy. Definitely recommend

The good: the selection, the fact that there are different sizes, and the prices. There were quite a few options that were very suitable for my face, which can be harder to find at larger opticians.The bad: zero customer service. The staff don't really give you the time of day. Got a bit of a snobby vibe.

This place is wonderful.I’ve had to wear specs all my life and these are the most stylish and durable pair of glasses I’ve ever worn. Customer service was outstanding. They even had the glasses ready in 20 minutes! The optician who did the test was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m coming soon for my second pair of glasses. The prices are fantastic too. Pity I didn’t know about this brand before.
