So much available to assist all levels of staff in training and development and maintaining their competencies…. and so much more.Training reports available at the click of a button. So many bespoke software tools to assist you to get the most from this site. There are policies, procedures, guidance documents and audits available to use and you can download and tailor documents if you need to.Staff are professional, approachable, friendly and queries and assistance provided promptly.We use Strategic Thinking for the majority of our on-site training as well. Very informative first aid course I really appreciate everything I was taught. My best part about the course was the chocking section doing practical work helped to understand what action is needed and how to successfully apply treatment.
