Called Kenny after experiencing a blowout on our way to Glasgow airport. Car full of kids and cases! Kenny immediately sourced a replacement tyre and fitted it as soon as we arrived. Crisis averted thanks to 5 star service from Kenny. Thank you again!

Less than impressed. In for mot and rung me up to say it's failed, 'needs brakes, exhaust etc' Being in a no win situation said to go ahead. Looking at the fail mot cert the brakes were an advisory. Bit naughty to say the least. Plus guy has a serious attitude, if you don't like speaking to people like human beings don't work in a customer facing industry. Guys always on the offensive. Never using again but I doubt he'll lose much sleep.

Brickfield Motors has been servicing and maintaining my Mazda MX5 Dakar for a good many years. I've been very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend Brickfield for a prompt, friendly and affordable service.

I put my car in for MOT in which I was informed it failed on excessive play in ball joint and corrosion of oil sump. They advised me that the repair would cost around £900. When I went on the MOT checker I realized that the sump replacement was an advisory and not a mandatory failure, this information was not provided to me when told about the MOT failure. I then phoned to clarify and asked if I could get another quote without sump replacement. I was then advised that the sump had been ordered and I would be required to pay a returns surcharge. I then advised him to hold off on the return and provide me with the second quote including return surcharge so I could make an informed decision. He advised he would call back the next day. I called back at the end of the following day as he had not got back to me with a quote. I asked him if he could show me the issue before I gave instruction on how to proceed. He said he could not show me as I was not insured to go under the ramp and advised that he had already returned the sump. I mentioned that was not what we agreed in our previous conversation in which he got aggressive and confrontational telling me to take my business elsewhere and pay him for the MOT.

Called Brickfield Motors 2 days ago because we have Theft in our house, burglar took the car key, they didn’t manage to take the car because the battery is flat. Called many garage but they said they can’t help me resulting me not sleeping many nights coz too scared that burglar will come back and take the car.I called Brickfield motors if they can help with the car so i can drive it to safety, they didn’t hesitate and came in 5 minutes, jumpstart and even charge our car. Thank you so so much, felt so relieved after. I am so grateful! Highly recommended.

On way to Aberdeen job on Monday. Van broke down at Westhill at 9am. Kevin and Kenneth recovered , repaired and had it back in my driveway at 2pm. Literally getting me back in business. Top marks.

Managed to slot me in for an oil and filter change at last minute. No qualms about me bringing my own parts. Very reasonable labour charge compared to other rip off garages. Great service and would use again.

After being abandoned by the AA following 2 hours of phone calls and texts - with a flat tyre on a busy dual carriageway , 300 miles from home, a phone call to Kenny resulted in an immediate response. Within 15 minutes Kenny appeared with a colleague and quickly changed the flat tyre and got the vehicle back on the road. We cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you so much.
