They ran out of fried chicken wings but later said they will arrange it. When I opened the box I realised they gave me the low quality pre cooked wings from the fridge of the shop next door and they were not worth it as the wings were smaller than usual and it was 90% corn flour bulk and very little meat.

Good customer service. Freshly made food. Good selection of items on menu. Decor was clean and spacious. We tried the chicken fillet burger, quarter pounder burger and fish burger with chips. The Bueno milkshake was fantastic, lots of flavour and thick.

The order and the delivery was delayed and nothing was done to compensate us as customers. When I asked if we could get it re-made and delivered while hot I was told most defensively the food is not cold". When we called to check the status of the order the phone got disconnected."

Amazing food. Customer service seems to have improved.El Chapo burger is banging. So are their wraps , chips . You need to try their chicken bites. They are sooo good.

This was for an uber eats orderI had commented in the special instructions section to request no sauce or filling to be added on top of nachos, but to the side as by time it is delivered the nachos will become soggy, this was not then the case as you can see from the photo, extremely disappointed as the salsa made it all soggy therefor the meal was wasted, esp as only place I ordered from that even charged delivery,I went to Tiagos when it originally opened and was not keen, but considering they were new I didnt want to completely write them off,it has been that long since opening that I decided to retry, unfortunately not much has changed1 : Soggy Nachos2 : Chips with peri cubesDisgustingly tangy, the person who put this together clearly just flipped the tub of peri sauce onto the fries, no judgement on amount etc, interestingly there wasnt even an option to say how flavoured I wanted it, as you would normally have in any eatery that does periNot much has changedIm sure speaking on behalf of others, in this current financial climate, more consideration and appreciation needs to be taken when customers are placing orders and spending their hard earned money!! They have chosen you instead of another business, you should be thankful and respectful with this.

The other day I paced a order through Uber eats and was waiting 1 Hour and 45 Minutes, I called the restaurant to get an update when I was told the driver is 10 minutes away, I called again and what I witnessed was extremely shocking. A girl called Saira called me back and said that if I cancel the order and leave a negative review then she has my address and watch what happens to me" she wanting to go to war with me over a burger

Placed an order, after calling the takeaway 50 mins later the person on the phone said ithw driver already left and should be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes still nothing and no call to say anyone is outside. Called the restaurant again and someone over the phone said driver is leaving now which at this point was over an hour and still no food. Delivery took nearly 2 hours and the driver to only turn up and say it wasn't his fault as he only left 10 minutes ago. Very poor customer service and dishonest. If you order from there be prepared to wait nearly 2 hours for a simple meal.

I ordered through uber for the first time..i had a mixed platter and 2 oreo milkshakes..i would definately recommend this place..the food is of excellent quality and taste. You will definately not be let down. Customer service was excellent..had a free bag of wedges given to me as i had to wait a few mins extra. Great service all around.
