A really professional and friendly company to deal with. We recently had new windows and a front door fitted. The fitters came on time, did a first class job and finished the job within the 3 days that they said they would.From the time we made our initial enquiry to the date that the work was carried out, the service was first class. No pressure salesmen. Friendly staff. Excellent quality windows and doors.I would recommend DW Windows to anyone looking for a first class job at a affordable prices.

Excellent service from start to finish. All work has been carried out to a high standard with attention to detail. Dom and Andy, the installers, worked quickly and efficiently, answering questions and explaining what they were doing as the installation progressed and left things clean and tidy at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble during the work and any commitments by the company were carried out on time and as promised. We are very pleased with our installation and will recommend DW Windows to others.

Excellent company. We did quite a bit of research and decided on a Rock door. DW Windows were by far the friendliest and most professional company we spoke to. Can not fault the whole process, right from initial contact, to visiting the show room, placing the order, answering questions ( my husband had a lot!) and the installation. Communication was excellent, always happy to help. Paul and Dan who fitted the door were great, lovely guys and did an outstanding job. The door was perfectly fitted. Even my husband was happy! I would recommend DW Windows to anyone.

This company is fantastic , I have had two separate jobs done to date.The office staff keep you informed every step of the way. Our first job was cancelled on the morning , due to staff shortages, the company couldn’t apologise more and promptly rearranged ASAP. We also had a few issues with the windows that they sorted with no quibble. I can’t praise the fitters up enough Paul and Dan , great chaps and their workmanship is excellent . They listened to my wishes and acted upon them. They were tidy too. Great job lads thanks you.On a final note, I am very pleased with my windows and doors and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Brilliant after sales too, something you don’t get much these days.Top job DW well done !!!

Excellent company to deal with from my initial phone call requesting information on a Rock Door right through to the final installation. Every member of staff was helpful, professional and level of communication was second to none. The fitters were tidy and very friendly and all work was carried out in accordance to Covid guidelines. We are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend DW Windows to family and friends.

My daughter has been chasing window prices for a month. Response: The lady is not in today or I’ll chase that for you. Still no contact and no price. What a way to run a business..?! There’s a lot of competition out there so she will take her money elsewhere.

My patio doors were old and draughty so I shopped around for options. I tried one of the well known brand names initially but their prices were ridiculous and as soon as I pointed this out they dropped it by over a thousand pounds. Which meant that they were prepared to charge me a lot more if I had accepted the first offer.So, i shopped around and I am very glad that I did because DW windows did the job at half the price. They were able to provide a really nice set of Bifold doors and even managed to accommodate the extra height required. The fitters Aaron and Keith turned up early and worked through the day without a break. They were friendly and polite throughout and cleaned up before leaving. The did a first rate job and I would recommend them without hesitations.

Very helpful sales personnel and fantastic installers; two jobs done perfectly so far and in timely manner; with great attention to detail; place has been left clean and tidy after jobs :) I can wholeheartedly recommend DW Windows, if you are looking for new doors/windows installation.

Amazing service from start to finish. The ladies in customer services were very helpful, even calling when an earlier appointment became available.The gent who came out to measure up was very knowledgable and friendly. Gave his own recommendations and wasn’t a pushy salesman.The fitter was top notch. Very efficient, and very professional. The craftsmanship was superb. I was worried about joins, old silicone showing, and whether damage would be caused to the wallpaper inside. Dan was great. No marks, no damage, just perfect. I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to with this company.Thankyou!
