Very helpful and informative pharmacist. I will usually go here as a first port of call for medical advice, rather than our GP. Pharmacist doesn't solely recommend pharmaceutical solutions either which is refreshing. Very reassuring and informative.

Staff is unprofessional, lying on phone about repeating prescription. Also doesn’t pack all the items from prescriptions, even I asked them if they packed everything. Terrible customer service. I’ve already sending my repeated prescription to another pharmacy.

Extremely rude staff. Ridiculous opening times, including a 1 3/4 hour lunch break from 12:15-14:00. Evidently the staff and management don't believe a pharmacy's job is to provide a public service.Strongly recommend everyone takes business elsewhere or to online services such as Pharmacy2u.

Avoid this place if you can. Staff very rude, especially the pharmacist. Wasting time of GP surgeries. Formal complaint made. We'll use Tesco going forward

Great friendly local pharmacy. As Cranbrook has grown they have become so much busier but they always make time and have a smile for you, great customer service and very knowledgable when asking for advice.

I have used them for 6 years because I live in Cranbrook and they are convenient. I have been dissatisfied on several occasions and so not feel like they value my custom. They have a take it or leave it attitude.
