Wonderful service. We had diamonds removed from some old rings and had them made into a white gold pendant. Meghan talked us through and assisted with the whole process, so helpful! Pendant was absolutely beautiful and I believe very reasonably priced to have something bespoke.

Fantastic.My wife snapped her very very fine curb chain necklace (her favourite) and I didn't think it possible to be fixed.These guys fixed it to look like new in a couple of hours using a laser machine of all things.I can't put across how good the workmanship and the price was.I went in with a chain worth no more than £30 or £40 and the service was as though I had much more expensive jewellery.Very happy I used them.

Recently bought an engagement ring from Harkness Premier Jewellers and I would highly recommend them. Staff were always very welcoming. Stuart and Emma were great from the beginning and talked me through different styles and cuts of stone. They even made some CAD drawings of potential designs - which really helped me picture the ring and how I wanted it to look. The end product was a beautiful, bespoke ring which my fiance loves. I would definitely use Harkness Jewelers again - great service and very reasonable prices.

I can't praise this company and the owner Stuart enough. Their customer service was outstanding. Dependable, helpful, knowledgeable, and the craftsmanship of their work is superb. All this comes at fair prices too. Stuart the owner spent time to explain and guide my wife and I how best to restore, and design our pieces of much treasured jewellery. We were not rushed. and he dealt with it himself. Honestly I was astounded at the fabulous job he did . I definitely recommend them.

RUNN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN MY LIFE! Did not help me at all and left me with soooo many more costs, im absolutely ragin! Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!!!

Came here to enquire about getting my engagement ring resized.Wonderful customer service and my ring was resized with beautiful attention to detail. Cant recommend highly enough. 5*.Staff were fantastic, and made me feel so much better after a local jeweller was downright rude, condescending and dismissive, refusing to take on the work (as there are lots of tiny diamonds on the neck of ring) when we enquired there.Thankyou so much. X

Harkness did a great job of matching and replacing a lost diamond and repairing my engagement ring, it looks as good as it did the day I was given it. Staff are attentive and the price was fair. Would recommend
