Very efficient and friendly staff

Guy was let in at 8.30am. It took him 2 hours to figure out what he was doing. He then left for 50 mins to go somewhere. Came back and started drilling. After fixing the fuses. Couldn't get the fuses to work and flipped to switches on and off multiple times which concerned us he may blow one of the many expensive electronic items in the house without warning. After another 50min break somewhere he came back and had removed 2 light fixtures without telling us he was doing it and tried to take them with him even tho it was brand new and had expensive hue bulbs. He then used our hoover to hoover screws and nuts and left without a word. The entire time he was rude and ignored us. Running in and out of room clueless and had 3 different phone calls which he left the house to answer and played loud obnoxious music. In total he was here till 3.10pm. Very upset with the service today from this man. He was only supposed to be installing smoke alarms.

First class service and very good tradesmen.

An excellent first class service. Very helpful over the phone and speedy service from the engineer. Would highly recommend them and use them again.
